Chihuly at Meijer Garden Part Two

This is part two of the Chihuly Exhibit. Please note that the exhibit has been extended until October 30th. These pictures were taken in the Arid Conservatory and the Tropical Conservatory at Meijer Gardens. Many of the Chihuly pieces are some of my favorites. So much so that I even made a quilt to replicate them.
Ikebana close up. The light really highlights the glass.
My favorite Macchias!!
Yellow Macchia
The Macchia Forest.
One of my favorites, a green Macchia.
The inside and outside of this Macchia are two different colors of glass.
Another one of the yellow Macchia.
Dan in the Macchia Forest.
The delicate green Macchia from another angle. I have to say again that the Macchias are my favorite.
This Macchia is just spectacular.
Orange interior Macchia.
Another Ikebana.
Another Chihuly Chandelier.

A fan palm.
A strange new piece by Chihuly? Ha Ha!!
Ikebana in glass.

Magnificent bark. Great lines, perhaps a quilting design?
Roots or Trunk?
I just loved the bark of this tropical tree.
Nature creates such wonderful texture.
I was enthralled with this bark.
An orchid.
And another.
Lots of lush tropical plants.
Blue Persian.
Just breathtaking.
Several smaller Persians inside the larger one. These were superb.
