I miss you Eleanor...

One year ago today my kitty, Eleanor, ventured on to kitty heaven to meet up with Smokey who arrived earlier. Eleanor lived a rough life as a feral kitty for several years before joining the indoor cats including her offspring, Muffin. She was a quiet often non trusting kitty but grew to trust me and let me brush and pet her before she passed on.



Eleanor's absence has made a big change in the kitty dynamics in the household. Ebony who would not let me near her after Mark left, started wanting to be brushed soon after Eleanor passed. Ebony now demands to be petted every morning and brushed every evening.
