Block Exchange
Tonight was the next to last Block Exchange meeting of this year. Everyone brought their blocks and we all had setting suggestions for those who displayed their blocks. Not everyone could attend since this is peak final summer vacation time.
These are my final blocks for Roxie.
These house blocks are mine. Everyone also added a tree block so the "neighborhood" will have tree lined streets. This will become a wall hanging for the Habitat for Humanity Board room.
This is not part of the block exchange but Ruth and her family made this quilt for some newlyweds.
These are Georgia's blocks. She is doing the applique blocks to be set with the blocks that members of the group made.
Jan picked an easy block and bright colors. It looks wonderful with all the blocks.
Carol Sc repeated her block from last year so she will have more blocks for a bigger quilt. We hope she finishes it real soon.
Linda is making this music quilt for her brother and sister-in-law.
Ruth started a quilt using Bonnie's block exchange pattern and the colors of her dogs, Sadie and Dora.
